This year may almost 6 months no rain and when the raining season comes, every thing become amazing. When raining comes everything grows by theirself, not just grass, but small fruit trees also grows. We don't talk when the seed comes but it looks already rule by the Almighty Power, he is the God.

Many stranger plants are growing, like Desember flower that growing very fast, faster than the other flower. Growing bigger and bigger like already targeted that on December all should be finished and merge flower. Only need 4 weeks they are growing and become bloom.

Changing in season usually will come other strange diseases like flu and rheumatic are coming. Influenze are coming, its like wake up from the sleeping diseases. The virus like sleep in long steady season and suddenly come in the changing season. On the changing season certain diseases like wake up from long sleeping.

What is the standard that mean your weight is too weight. Actually the weight of human standard is very it depend on your height, but this is also just take a general measurement. The actual standard is on your body self, if you feel not confortable with your weight its mean you are too weight. If you feel convenient its normal, the main problem actually on how you control your diet.

When people eat more calories than they burn off, their bodies store the extra calories as fat. A couple pound of extra fat are not a health risk for most people, but when people keep up a pattern of eating more calories than they burn, more and more fat builds up in the body.

Eventually, the body gets to point where the amount of body fat can have a negative effect on a person's health. Doctors use a term as "overweight" or obese to decribe when someone is a greatest rick of developing weight related health problem.

Diet for Gout

For people with uric acid, dietary pattern to be followed is to provide calories your body needs. While carbohydrates should be from complex carbohydrate like rice, cassava, sweet potatoes and bread. Avoid simple carbohydrates such as sugar, syrup or candy. Fructose in a simple carbohydrate can increase serum uric acid levels.

  5. Stop smoking. Cigarettes can encourage the formation of fatty buildup in artery walls (atherosclerosis) and narrow the arteries and blood flow block.
  6. Medication from a doctor. If your hard work as exercise, diet and weight loss programs fail to lower cholesterol, your doctor will give you drugs lowering cholesterol. Pregnancy Test

A pregnancy test determined if a living embryo or fetus is present within a woman’s body. The urine pregnancy test (immunoassay) determines if the level of HCG is consistent with known pregnancy levels and is usually positive two weeks after conception or several days after a missed menstrual period. Widely available home pregnancy tests use an immunoassay for HCG with generally accurate results. A blood test (radioimmunoassay) is a more sensitive test that can detect minute quantities of HCG. This test can be positive within days of conception and before a missed period.

Pregnancy test, in addition to diagnosing pregnancy, are also used to asses the viability of pregnancy, or the presence of tubal pregnancy. HCG can also be produced by some tumors, in which case pregnancy tests can be used as a marker of tumor activity.

With new radioimmunoassay techniques, false negative test are uncommon. The most common cause of false negative test is advanced pregnancy, because HCG values tend to decrease during the course of gestation. False positive test may occur, possibly due to certain medications, or by such clinical situations as incomplete miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, and tumor.

Work with computer is a light physical work, more of brain and concentration work. For blogger always work with computer, and when work always need long time, sometime until 5 hours in the front of the computer. The problem can come to their eyes or to their hand especially palm. If you feel pain on your palm, may be because of wrong position on using mouse and keyboard.

Carpal tunnel syndrome can attack you, if you can’t change your style on how the way you work. If you are not work in the right way, and work for long time, actually not just your palm will feel pain but also your back, but carpal here is mean just attack of the palm.

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) or median neuropathy at the wrist is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesias, numbness and muscle weakness in the hand. The diagnosis of CTS is often misapplied to patients that have activity-related arm pain.

Most cases of CTS are idiopathic (without known cause), genetic factors determine most of the risk, and the role of arm use and other environmental factors is disputed.

If you have this diseases, doctor will operate your palm and take all fat on your hand. This fat make blood circulation is not normal and feel sick on the palm.

Melamine Contains in China's Products

China now admits that animal feed producers commonly add the industrial chemical melamine to their products to make them appear higher in protein. Melamine is use in china’s industry in many applications. The same name melamine also use as adhesive, after treat and change into sticky substance.

Facing this situation china government even don’t prohibit in use of this chemicals mixed with food, but just limited. As many news in this Internet that says melamine effect if consume for a long time have carcinogenic effect, its mean that our body can’t process this chemicals become a safe substance. As long as melamine use for fooling a customer as if protein content is high but actually low protein.

The tools to check the calorie content may cheated by this substance but our body doesn’t. Our body can’t accept this chemicals as protein but even assume this chemical as poisons. This is why at least 6 babies died after consume milk that contain melamine.

Adding melamine to powdered infant formula is a long-standing, widespread practice in mainland China. Many China’s products that have added melamine as protein cheated, beside a milk powder, biscuit, animals food, and many other product that base of milk such as ice cream, chocolate, yogurt, bread, etc.

Melamine also used in fire retardant foams because its high nitrogen content is released as a flame snuffing gas when it reacts with heat or fire. I also know from personal use that melamine is used to coat the outside of particle board to make a smooth white product to use for shelving.

Uric acid is always produce by our body, but in our body there is an organ that control the concentration on blood so doesn’t make any trouble. Uric acid can make our muscle pain for certain exceed concentration, for young people can tolerate more higher than adult people. Uric acid is including one that cause rheumatic, but rheumatic itself can cause from many reason. Uric acid problem usually called as Gout diseases. If this diseases lets and don’t cure, sometime the kidney can’t handle and uric acid can crystallize and become stone on kidney, and the problem will more serious.

Uric acid is a result of body metabolism by one of protein element, puric substance and kidney are organ arranging its rate stability in body and will bring the rest of uric acid to urine dismissal. But if excess of acid contents, kidney can't be able to arrange it so the excess will accumulate on muscle and joint. Automatically, kidney also will have problem. High concentration of uric acid cause the pain in joint and muscle, if have very serious, can cause the patient cannot walk.

The traditional medicine of uric acid patient as bellows:

Sour sop fruit just eat every day or can make a juice.
  • Laurel like leaf 7 pcs is boiled using 2 glass of water, and lets the water vapor until the rest become 1 glass. Drink every day, morning and evening.

  • Squash is grated then filtered and take the filtrate, drink every day.2 tablespoon of apple vinegar mixed with 1 tablespoon of honey of the size one honey spoon added with warm water 50 cc and drink twice a day during 1 week in the morning and before sleep in the night.
  • Raw potato and green apple make a juice.
Beside drink those medicine, the food below should be avoided:
  • Fermented drink and contains alcohol such as beer, whisk, wine, and others.

  • Various entrails like liver, kidney, heart, brain, hepar, spleen, intestine.
  • Certain fruit like durian, avocado and coco ice.
While the following food should be lessened:
  • Fish, mutton, chicken, ox
  • Tempe, chips emping (gnetum gnemon), bean, pie.
  • Some of vegetable such as broccoli, spinach, kangkung, col and sprouts.
Uric acid can be cured just by eat of Soursop fruit every day or Soursop Juice.I also suffer of these diseases, last day I feel very pain on my foot and back, and just drink a glass of laurellike leaf, and just twice a day and just one day I drink this medicine, and now feel better. Don't be affraid of this diseases, just try the traditional medicine, cheap and very effective.

9 Don't about Meal

This tips of how to treat your meal, sometime we are forgotten.
  1. Do not eat too much, stop from eat before you feel satisfied.
  2. Do not smoke after a meal! Experiments from experts prove that smoking a cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking TEN cigarettes (Chances of Cancer are higher).
  3. Do not eat fruits immediately after meals. It will bloat your stomach. Therefore have your fruits one or two hours before or after your meal.
  4. Do not drink tea after a meal as tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hardened; making it difficult to digest.
  5. Do not loosen your belt after eating. Loosening the belt after a meal can cause intestinal problems.
  6. Do not bathe after eating. Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thereby causing the amount of blood around the stomach to decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
  7. Do not walk after a meal even though you have heard people say that after a meal, walking a hundred steps will make you live till 99. Walking immediately after a meal will make it difficult for the digestive system to absorb the nutrition from the food we eat. Wait at least an hour after your meal and then walk if you want to.
  8. Do not sleep immediately. The intake of food will not be able to digest properly thereby leading to gastro-intestinal problems.

In the fast day many people feel sorry for bad smell of somebody’s breath, because during 12 hours mouth is not used even unwashed. The condition will different if this is Ramadan, but always have bad smell of breath. Somebody with bad smell of breath have a social handicap, for this abnormal condition better check it to a doctor.
