Your Weight is Overweight

What is the standard that mean your weight is too weight. Actually the weight of human standard is very it depend on your height, but this is also just take a general measurement. The actual standard is on your body self, if you feel not confortable with your weight its mean you are too weight. If you feel convenient its normal, the main problem actually on how you control your diet.

When people eat more calories than they burn off, their bodies store the extra calories as fat. A couple pound of extra fat are not a health risk for most people, but when people keep up a pattern of eating more calories than they burn, more and more fat builds up in the body.

Eventually, the body gets to point where the amount of body fat can have a negative effect on a person's health. Doctors use a term as "overweight" or obese to decribe when someone is a greatest rick of developing weight related health problem.

You probably heard, more people are overweight today than ever before. Expert are calling this an "obesity epidemic." This health problem affects young people as well as adults, one third of all kids between the ages of 2 and 19 are overweight or obese. So younger people are now developing health problems that used to affect only adults, like high blood pressure, high colesterol and type 2 diabetes.

The effect of obesity are related not only to the amount of fat but to the distribution. Central or visceral obesity, where for accumulates around the trunk and in the abdominal cavity, is considered to be of higher risk than diffusely distributed subcutaneous fat (cotran 1999).
